has a part-time position available for a dynamic, customer-service oriented person in our newly opened furnishings & accessories store. Duties include:
1. Serving as a Sales Associate, which includes greeting customers, helping them select products, answering questions, and completing sales using our cash register system.
2. Assisting with receiving new products, unpacking them, verifying condition, taking inventory, pricing, and placement.
3. Tracking customer information.
4. Maintaining accurate cash register documentation.
5. Opening and closing the shop using established protocols.
6. Assisting with special events.
7. Occasionally greet and help clients from Crocus Hill Counseling Center get settled in.
8. Assisting the owners with various projects as they arise.
Compensation: $15/hour for approximately 15-25 hours/week. 10% discount on merchandise and furniture. Opportunity to work in a fun, casual atmosphere in a beautiful historic Victorian home!
